Question: What content do you allow in web pages?

Answer:

HiWAAY's hosting services allow you to create and publish web pages to the Internet. Sometimes subscribers will publish content which is exceptional in consuming bandwidth or disk space, or which violates copyright or other laws. If excessive bandwidth or disk space utilization is determined to adversely affect HiWAAY's ability to provide service or if content is judged to be in violation of our acceptable use policy, immediate action will be taken. The account owner will be notified by e-mail as soon as practicable. Note that HiWAAY is the final decision maker on what represents acceptable web page content.
